What I Do
Depending on the study you read, we will spend between 25% and 30% of our lives working. This is a highlight of my 30%:
Experience: 13 Years
Working with partners, peers and clients to understand industry trends, I develop & implement technology roadmaps to provide solutions - internal and external. Whether creating an annual technology vision from a company retreat or capitalizing on ideas from a staff meeting, knowing where you're going and how to get there is imperative to any businesses success.
Experience: 13 Years
By effectively managing accountability and providing opportunities for education, each member of my team is empowered to think and act independently. Focusing on capturing and implementing the best ideas of the collective team members then enables us to generate incredibly impactful results.
Experience: 11 Years
Building meaningful relationships that go beyond "What will you sell this quarter?" enables us to obtain the best value and solutions our partners. When a problem arises, our partners (whether it's 2 or 200) are always there to support us and ensure our mutual success.
Experience: 7 Years
Nearly every sales process needs someone who can translate the prospect's true needs into a solution. Having been a purchaser before being a salesman makes understanding that transition much easier. If you focus on the relationship and the results, the speeds and feeds will take care of themselves.

Who I Am
What about the other 70% of our lives not spent working? Here is a glimpse at how I fill that time:
Traveling is one of the passions I don't get to embrace as often as I would prefer. I've been to 14 countries outside of the U.S. and am heading to Bali the fall of 2016! Ireland, Australia and Portugal are probably next on that list...
Currently riding a 2012 Triumph Tiger 800 that can take me anywhere. There are few things more serene than a weekend away on a bike or a long ride through the mountains!
Whether it's DiSC, Myers Briggs or Garuda - I love learning about the psychology of what motivates people and their actions.
- Scuba Diving
- Dancing (Salsa, etc.)
